The Southeastern Field Marketing Team was tired of their large team of distributors and sales reps struggling to stay up to date with their many sponsorships, activations, and brand-specific assets.
They had been using a hard-to-navigate CSV file previously, which was not user-friendly.
I stepped in to develop their easy-to-use Event Calendar in only 45 days to be ready for their sales and distributor meetings for next year’s sponsorship plans.

CBI was looking to make an update to their form fill sweepstakes platform which was extremely outdated, missing key branding elements, and was an overall bad user experience.
The solution is an updated modern user interface and completely restructured data set making for a more friendly user experience.
The various campaigns have resulted in over 500+K entries and millions of page views since the first campaign launched on 4/22/2024.

Old vs. New Homepage
Before
The site had one click, a lot of scrolling, and a second click for a user to get to their desired sweepstakes. Each brand archive page had the same hero image with only the brand logo matching the corresponding brand.
Each archive page listed all 50 states and had the same single non-branded footer. If a single contest was running in all 50 states, the same sweepstake names and links would be repeated on the page 50 times. When multiple contests were running, (which is the norm) it added that many more sweepstake names and links to the individual archive pages.
For example, if five contests were running at the same time, and in all 50 states, the page would list 250 clickable sweepstake names and links for only five contests. Each brand typically runs 3-6+ contests at the same time. So you can see how much (repeated) content was shown on the page.
After
I restructured the data and added an easy-to-use filter element where users can filter by brand or state and arrive at their desired sweepstakes in a single click.
There is no longer a need for each brand to have its own contest archive page with hundreds of repeated names and links. Each brand has its own branded colors, fonts, headers, footers, and corresponding social handles now.
Users can now enter contests and engage with the specific brand all within the same window.
